Daughtry's New Band

Rumor has it that Chris Daughtry will receive an on-air invitation to front a "famous" band on the tv show EXTRA tonight.

(May 11, 11:00AM ET) -- Chris Daughtry will get an offer tonight to front a famous band. It will unfold on the television show 'EXTRA.'

Members of the band will appear on the 'EXTRA' set to make the offer.

Any guesses?

Neither. I was going out to lunch and turned on the local FM (107.5) out of Greenboro and who did I hear? "Close to me" by... Yep, Chris Daughtry. Not even a day later, he's on the radio, as a solo. By the way,

IT TOTALLY ROCKED!!

It was the Chris we all thought should win. Great hard rock. The works.

Just to comment, apparently the lead singer for Fuel left a few months back, and Chris has indeed been invited to replace him.
