what's new: year, hockey season, baseball playoffs
- Happy New Year to all my Jewish friends. I'll be doing the Rosh Hashanah thing tonight for my brother-in-law. Mmmmmm mondel bread.
- I will not be partaking of any voodoo, hexing, jinxing or otherwise in regards to tonight's game. At least not here.
GO YANKEES!
- And: Hockey season starts tomorrow. Can I get a WOOT?
- When I get back from my sister's I'll put up the finalist poll for B bands, so go nominate while you can.
* Crank has his baseball predictions up and I'm gonna agree with the whole thing.
Oh, and:
GO YANKEES!

It should make you exceedingly happy to know that the ChiSox are giving a good thwacking to the BoSox right now. It's 8-2 in the bottom of the 4th.

The Cards won today and Carpenter was good, but the bullpen almost gave up an EIGHT run lead in the last three innings. Right now, I'm more worried about us losing Al Reyes than I am about the starters struggling at the end of the season...

Yanks put the screws to Colon, I feel good now. Not sure which of the Sox teams I want to see after the Angels.
Oh yeah, RANGERS BABY, RANGERS!

When you watch the Yankees fold to the White Sox, you'll swear you're watching the World Series of Poker.
