Hey, I own the Clerks miniseries! It's not a total train-wreck; it got pretty decent after episode 4 or so. But I agree that you have to be a Kevin Smith fan to get into it and so it wasn't a good move for ABC.

And however popular it may have been at the time, "Diff'rent Strokes" does not hold up. At all.

Nor "Mork and Mindy." Gaaaah.

Hey, I liked My Two Dads AND Bosom Buddies, but not for the comedy...

"Three's Company" much worse than the above two.

We actually tried sitting through one episode of this show because Peterman was in the cast. Worst mistake of our marriage.

We Got It Maid (NBC, c. 1983)

"Oops" was a sitcom Fox put on after Herman's Head about a bunch of nuclear holocaust survivors. Terrible.

• Kate and Allie
• Empty Nest
• The Hogan Family
• Rita

Most of the worst sitcoms I've watched are good sitcoms gone smug and self-referential as they got old - The Cosby Show and Mad About You stick out as good shows gone horribly awry the last few seasons.

My kids would watch Full House all night long. I used to watch My Two Dads because I had a thing for BJ and the Bear.
