This Little Wiggy
Part 4 in my all day "Insult the Irish with stereotypes" festival.
Ralph: [points to large rock] That's where I saw the leprechaun! He tells me to burn things.

You've done grand, laddie! Now ya know what ya have ta do! Burn the house down! Burn 'em all!
See previous posts from today for more "Leprechauns - and, by default, Irish people - are evil" stuff.

Silent film card: "Itchy runs afoul of an Irishman."
Milhouse: "Look out Itchy, he's Irish!"
(As Itchy is about to shake hands with the Irishman, a lightbulb appears over his head. He grabs the lightbulb, breaks it, and stabs the Irishman with it. Pulling him by his beard, he sticks it in an old-fashioned wringer, and squeezes the Irishman.)
Milhouse: "Come on, Itchy! Kill that guy!"

I always loved Family Guy's take on the Irish: that they were once an advanced society with futuristic cities, flying cars, and the like. However, as soon as they discoverd whiskey, it all went downhill.

The Simpsons may be the last remaining mainstream media form where Irish bigotry is alive and well.
Unfortunately, Norbizness already used my favorite Milhouse quote.
So instead here's Bart
"Whacking day was started in 1924 as an excuse to beat up the Irish"
Irish Guy "Twas true...I took many a lump but twas all in good fun!"
