There are two things at work here. One, for decades we've seen staged protests in the middle east with the same scraggly, chanting MEN . This is such a change, it's a shock.
Second, most of the women in the photos are incredibly beautiful. Gasp-inducing beautiful. Where did these women come from, and why haven't they been on American Reality shows up till now? We've been cheated.
I wouldn't expect you to understand.

Sometimes Blogtopia reminds me of a Star Trek convention.

Or just an extension of the Instapundit habit of (mostly) linking to women bloggers when a) they have a cute picture posted or b) they talk about sex.
There's a bit of a "drop the pencil when the chicks in the front row are wearing skirts" vibe about that a professor.

I think as someone who prays to the Boobage of Lohan you should be more pleased with Freedom BoobsTM.

You're missing the obvious fact ... it's a Rovian Plot.
Good looking Arabic looking women were hired by Rove Operatives, flown to Lebanon, and photographed.

In fact, I may spend the rest of the day looking through the online portolios of attractive arabic women who model lookng for a match to the women shown in the weeklies to establish 'my truth'.
I have that kind of dedication.

If my wife leaves me I'm moving to Beirut.

If it's not the ladies in Lebanon, it's fawning over Condi Rice's wardrobe.

So I woke up about 2 am this morning, and turned on the TV and saw that CNN was covering the demonstrations in Beirut and there were all these hot women in the crowd and then I realized it was just a commercial for Girls Gone Wild.
So I went back to sleep. Well, not right away.

As Ace would say, democracy has decolletage!

That certainly ought to sow some seeds of doubt in the minds of the horny, repressed geeks we keep seeing in the pro-despot demonstrations.
Hey, lot's of less horny, less repressed geeks fueled the progress of the various 60's movements solely to get close to the free-love hippie chicks. It should work even better in the ME.

Whatever it takes to get people to pay attention is worth it for the cause. Anybody remember the "Chirac est un ver" girl?

Considering previous protests in Lebanon involved massive shooting campaigns, I'll take the Boobs for Freedom movement anyday.

I note that it is (of course) the Serious, Thoughtful, Deep MSM that is in the forefront of this.
But yes, I am agog. After 25 years of scruffy terrist clone ME guys, Lebanese protest babes are a delightful surprise.

So where are the Hot Lebanese Guys? Looks like the girls soaked up everything in the looks department over there.
We women are so shallow and oppressive.
