» Just a Bit Blown Out of Proportion from An Unsealed Room
I rarely read Drudge, but was drawn over there by Michele's report that Drudge is saying that Reagan is going to die any minute now. While I was there, I couldn't help noticing this headline: Judaism growing among black Americans... [Read More]

It's damn depressing looking at the DU thread. So much bile, so much rudeness, so much hatred - and not nearly enough people advocating simple civility.
Is that the compassion we should emulate? Is that how we're supposed to treat others who are ideologically different?

In defense of Drudge, who undeniably needs some now and then, for at least two hours now the only news story links on his site have been "THE GIPPER IS GONE" and a link to a story with some details, closing with a quote from President Reagan. Drudge has his faults, but for now he's showing some class.

Could Nancy have been talked into euthanizing him to end the suffering? The evil anti-christ's (the Pope thinks Bush is the Anti-Christ see www.seattle indymedia. This sure was fishy timing. Just what Cheney and his evil wife needed as they stood guard beside Nancy at the Rotunda ceremony.Evil is evil. I think they did it.
