Congrats, it's a beautiful house!
We hopefully should have one of those tomorrow, too, after going through about four houses to get to it.

Wonderful!! Now comes the fun part, at least IMO: Unpacking.
Except for clothes and kitchen stuff, think of it as "opening presents." Plus, you get to move stuff around and decide where everything can go.
Why, yes, I'm easily amused...

Whoo Hoo!!! I'm thrilled for you! Good things are worth waiting for, but there's a limit. Great looking house.

Congratulations! A roomy house, great lawn. (Do you know how to cut a tree into those swirly shapes? I have no idea.)
Good luck!

Crap, my house was brand spanking new when we moved in. Still a money pit. It's always somethin'.
Have you heard any voices telling you to "Get Out" yet? Because that, to me, is the key to a happy home. If you don't hear those words whispering huskily from somewhere in the house, everything should work out fine.

First thing I thought when I saw the picture was "Oh COOL that space on the second floor outside wall will make an awesome place for a huge tacky Christmas decoration!"
I think I need help.

May all your homes be money pits.

Congratulations! And why yes, it is a Money Pit.™ But it's YOUR Money Pit™. Which makes all the difference in the world. (Saying that, I'm taking estimates for a new kitchen floor, sigh).
