While it's a shame that no matter the donation there will be no boobies, what are we donating for? I mean, sure "for the troops." But I mean, what are we getting them?

Hi Michele:
I just donated $50 to the vicotry coalition. Does something magical happen now? I'm so confused by all this. I'm a bit dull-witted so bear with me. Can I take advantage of all these great offers or just one? Do I get a free plug of my blog from it? Can I still join the coalition or is it too late? Or do I join the coalition by merely writing about this on my blog?
This was a great idea, and I'm glad this fundraising is going so well btw. Wish I could give more.
