christmas love
And I do love each and everyone one of you. In a strictly platonic way, of course.
No matter what kind of holiday you celebrate this time of year, I wish you a happy and healthy one.

If you truly loved us you wouldn't quote Billy Squire lyrics to us.
Here's wishing you a wonderful 2004.

'Tis half past 11, just 30 to go.
I still have so much to do, and still no snow.
The daughter is in bed, the husband is too.
This time of night, they leave me so much to do.
The casserole for breakfast is almost made,
full of bread, ham and cheese, topped with some egg.
The Christmas Cream with raspberries is coming along fine.
To fold in the sour cream and vanilla, it's just about time.
The stew for our dinner, that once-a-year treat,
still waits for my prep, except for the meat.
The stockings need stuffing, but that has to wait until I make sure no one will awake.
But those stockings will be filled with little things of joy
for a teenage girl and 44-year-old boy.
I better get started again on my tasks.
I just stopped by, before anyone asks,
to wish all a Merry Christmas and prosperous New Year
and to say how much I'm thankful for the entire blogosphere.
