on a plane

The Department of Homeland Security and the Transportation Security Administration ordered security searches of all U.S. commercial aircraft Friday after suspicious bags were found in the bathrooms of two Southwest Airlines jets, U.S. officials told CNN.

Apparently, this is the work of - get ready for it - the Jews! It's all psyops!

Oh, wait. It wasn't the Joooos. It was another Bush Diversion(tm)!

It makes me angry to see how many people react with glee when something goes wrong with Homeland Security. These people who are wishing and hoping for Bush to fail are, in essence, wishing and hoping for another terrorist attack.

Sick.

I concur completely. I said the same thing the other day when this story was broadcast around the country.

Liberal Americans hate decent Americans about as much as they do the terrorist.

We are flying Southwest next Friday. I haven't flown since 9-11. You are not allowed to post anymore airline terror stories 'til we're safely back on the ground, capiche?

I fly Southwest frequently and find them to be among the most security-conscious airlines around (with US Air being the worst I have flown post 9/11). These materials should have been caught at the metal detectors, which are now in federal hands. I am a liberal who is not blaming anyone and not reacting with glee but rather with dismay that the very weapons that brought down four airplanes are still easily smuggled aboard. I don't think this is a Bush conspiracy or a Jew conspiracy, but you have to admit that when boxcutters are found on an airliner, something is not working as it should.

Look, we need to keep trying to improve airline safety procedures, but the reality is it's very unlikely that anyone will ever again be able to take down a commercial airplane with box cutters. All of us who are airline passengers already know that game, and anyone who tries it again is going to get their a$$ seriously kicked.

It's in the nature of terrorists that their next big attack on the US will likely be something we haven't seen before. Threat analysis and multi-threat preparedness are what's called for. If we run all the airlines into bankruptcy with excessive safety checks, we'll still be vulnerable to a zillion other kinda of attacks AND our economy will be heading south.

Aren't planes supposed to have stronger cockpit doors now? I'm sure you don't need to get into the cockpit to bring down a plane but at least they wouldn't be able to steer it into a bigger target...

"Liberal Americans hate decent Americans about as much as they do the terrorist."

That's funny. That's really, really funny.

So if they don't hate the terrorists, then they don't hate "decent Americans" (as opposed to those evil-doing, hate-filled, invective throwing liberals?) And if they do hate the terrorists, then they hate decent Americans?

Nice logic there.

Gee, thanks for the link to nazimedia.

Reading that site is like staring tinto the abyss Nietzsche warned us about.

Ah, and everyone wonders what happened to the Nazis who weren't sent to the gallows at Nurnburg.

Ah, and everyone wonders what happened to the Nazis who weren't sent to the gallows at Nurnburg.

They lived out their lives in South America under the protection of people like your namesake.

Apparently, we now have a suspect.

D

The Jews?!? Bush?!?

Where are you people coming from?!?

It's Garden Gnomes, I tell ya! Common, garden-variety Garden Gnomes! They're out to get us!

Who's that little fellow at the door?!? Is it a Garden Gnome?!? no!...nO!...No!...NO!...N!!!!!!!....

Liberal Americans hate decent Americans about as much as they do the terrorist.

Ooh, Michele, when did Ann Coulter start commenting on your blog?

Idiot.
