saturday's edition of "presented without commentary" - the hate festival begins
Signs at the Rutgers hatefest/support terrorism rally:

And this one with images from the noted anti-Semite and death to American troops supporter Latuff:

And if you look closely at this one, you can see it says Israel Inspires Terror.

This hatefest is supported by such wonderful organizations as ANSWER, The NYC Free Mumia Coalition and the Workers World Party.
The organizers of this event, The Student Divestment Conference on Palestine, have a mission statement which reads, in part:
As a solidarity movement, it is not our place to dictate the strategies or tactics adopted by the Palestinian people in their struggle for liberation.
Hey, there's Cynthia McKinney at one of their rallies!
The commentary today is all yours.

Anti-semitism's back.
First came the Nazi's with their racial purity.
Then came the Communists with their class purity.
Now come the Islamists with their religious purity.
And the useful idiots who support them.
What's funny (gallows humor here, people) is that a lot of Jews support giving the Palestinians their own state. I've yet to hear of Palestinians who believe that the Jews should have one. Or, you know, the sophisticated Europeans. Or ANSWER. Or anyone else. Maybe that's my beef. That everyone but us is supposed to get a fair shake.
Perhaps the Israelis should give up on their air superiority and start suicide bombings? Think that'd even the score in the lunatic minds of the "Free Mumia" set?
Jews - the group the world family can hate.

I don't know Swedloff, that second site has some pretty nasty, hateful things to say about palestinians arabs and muslims.
The burden of guilt is plainly on them, though I don't consider either side particularly squeaky-clean. Perhaps neither side is ready for the responsibility of it's own state.
Anyway, I find that most people who protest anything are usually quite ignorant of what exactly they are protesting.

"As a solidarity movement, it is not our place to dictate the strategies or tactics adopted by the Palestinian people in their struggle for liberation."
Ahhh.. the morally bankrupt and their little disclaimer.
Of course they claim its not their place to "dictate" the strategies adopted by Palestinians. That goes without saying - they don't control the Palestinians one bit.
However that doesn't change the fact that they are avoiding the subject - that these groups SUPPORT the Palestinians no matter how deplorable and brutal their tactics are.
These groups still give 'solidarity' to Palestinians despite the Palis use of terrorism.
Now try to contrast this with supporters of Israel. Would the majority of them continue to support Israel if it went on a violent rampage, using its full power against all its enemies indiscriminately ?
Would Americans continue supporting Israel if it wiped out 1 million Arabs in an unprovoked attack ?
I doubt it.
