You work it girl...

Did you find that you were sorer today than you were yesterday? I've found it's not usually the day after, but the day after the day after.

Yea, the first day I was fine. Today, however, I feel like a truck hit me.

Yeah, that's why they call it "delayed onset muscle soreness".

Fortunately, it mostly goes away after a week or two.

Work it harder make it better do it faster makes us stronger!

How can anything that hurts so much be good for you? I work out by sitting up and shaking another martini.
