Latest word I heard, from an e-mail sent out in-house, was that it was a "chemical exposure", not something biological.

And you'd think the building supervisor, in between telling us over the loudspeaker that "an incident occurred this morning" and "please return to work" might have deigned to mention that four people went to the hospital. If we hadn't looked out the window and quizzed the security guards, my co-workers and I would have known next-to-nothing about this.
