Your whole situation reminds me of a quote from the old Dr. Who TV show:

" The very powerful and the very stupid have one thing in common. They don't change their views to fit the facts, they change the facts to fit their views, and that can be a problem if you are one of the facts that needs changing!"

Apparently some people are not secure enough in their opinions to allow their readers to see yours. If that is not a vindication of your opinions I don't know what is.

The demonstrably failed policies of the Left can only be touted on controlled media like PBS, NPR or in the elitist worlds of Network television and monopolistic print media where competition can be stifled...
